A weekend camp filled with practical workshops, on and off court learning and some amazing guest speakers.

Saturday

• Experience 4 hours with Mental skills coach Richard De Souza. Richard will take you through some of the De Souza 7, which he see's as key attributes that all high performers excel in. You will soon be able to better identify your own strengths, along with the areas that may be holding you back. Richard has worked closely with a number of the best British players over the past 15 years.
• Q/A with former American & British university student athlete. Find out what it means to be a student-athlete,the daily routine, the expectations in the classroom and how best to prepare for your experience.
• Q/A with current American or British university coach. Have the opportunity to speak to a college coach. Find out what it takes to be a strong recruit, what coaches are looking for, how can you prepare for your chosen journey.
• 90 minutes of principles of coaching. Test your understanding of the D7 by taking your knowledge onto the court and teach your peers how to unlock their full potential.
• 90 minutes of specific points play. After a busy day on court with Richard we will test your ability to put your skills into competitive play.
• Tennis Smart presentation by Sarah Borwell. Parents who are unsure of the American or British university process, this would be a great opportunity to find out what’s required.

Sunday

Split into teams. and compete in a college style format where you will have the opportunity to play 2 singles/doubles matches with results that go to your UTR/WTN.
